Hengi's commission info

My name is Hengi and I’m a full-time digital 2d artist, here to bring your vision to life! I mostly work with anime styles and in a variety of genres: casual slice-of-life, fantasy, DnD, you name it! Great quality and communication guaranteed!

  • No artworks can be used for NFTs or AI training.

  • The prices listed are base prices; if there are a lot of details, props, a background, fast delivery, etc., the final price will be raised.

  • The client cannot claim ownership, edit or profit from the artwork. Commercial rights are subject to additional terms.

  • I keep the right to display your commission piece as part of my portfolio or for self-promotion on any of my platforms.

  • Payments are received through Paypal: 50% upfront, 50% at the halfway point (USD currency).

  • Alternative payments plans can also be discussed, especially depending on the scope of the commission.

  • Communication is conducted through Bluesky DMs, Discord (hengi_hengi), Reddit DMs (u/HengiHengi) or email ([email protected]). I’ll be sending you updates throughout the entire process. The updates might be in low resolution or have a watermark on them. You will receive the full resolution final image with no watermark upon completion if the commission has been paid for in full.

  • By receiving the finished artwork and paying the full price, you accept that your commission is finished and that it is non-refundable.

  • If I fail to deliver your artwork after the established deadline + 1 month, I will issue a full refund upon request.

  • If at any point in the process you'd like to cancel your commission, please keep in mind that the payments up until that point are non-refundable.
